Application Process
Applications will be accepted beginning January 1st through April 1st.
To be considered for the program you must have graduated from an ADN or BSN program within the past year.
- Apply online for the Graduate Nurse position.
- Upon receiving your application, you will be sent a supplemental application outlining the remaining requirements and instructions for completion.
- As part of the supplemental application you will be required to provide two clinical evaluations from your Clinical Instructors, a resume, a college transcript and a personal statement based on the topic provided
- Once your application is complete we will move forward with review of your application. All related material must be completed and returned no later than April 15th, 2012.
- Following our review of your application, if you are invited to continue the interview process, you will be contacted by a member of our Recruitment team to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview is our opportunity to get to know you and your interests and to assess how those interests align with our organizational mission and current graduate nurse opportunities. We will notify, via email, candidates who will not be invited to continue with the interview process.
The interview timeline will vary due to position availability, and we will do our best to keep you informed throughout. Similar to most other healthcare organizations, we anticipate having fewer positions available this year than in previous years, and we thank you in advance for your patience in what is sure to be an exceptionally competitive hiring process.
